MINI- RETREATS
Our monthly “mini- retreats” on Sunday afternoons offer a delightful opportunity for some self-care and to rebalance. Each is individual, based on a theme relevant to the season or yoga theory, we spend 3 hours safely tucked away from the demands of everyday life, being kind to ourselves. We take some time to centre and ground, to breathe, move, rest and restore. Our time is filled with nourishing yoga (appropriate for every body- everything we do is inclusive and entirely optional) followed by a lovely guided relaxation and ending with generous servings of Debbie’s delicious home baked cakes and Louise’s heartwarming tonic, hopefully leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed, ready for the week ahead. You need no special clothing, equipment or prior experience, though we do recommend comfortable layers, so you can manage your temperature. The lovely, spacious hall will be laid out with everything you need and you will be warmly welcomed and surrounded by kind hearted folk.

RESIDENTIAL RETREATS
We host affordable, small group retreats, in beautiful settings at various times of the year. Each in harmony with the season and unique group of guests. We aim to offer everyone the nourishment that they need, plenty of options for yoga and relaxation, outdoor and indoor activities, the company of good folk or solitude if you prefer.
Our venues offer plenty of single occupancy rooms with en-suite bathrooms (as well as twin/ double/ king if preferred) lovely indoor areas and outdoor space. We like to be outside as much as possible- for our yoga practices, exploring the spectacular scenery, taking a dip if we fancy, candle-lit evenings around the fire-pit or star gazing.
We offer a generous programme of all the goodness that we can muster, but urge you to do exactly as you please throughout. You may crave time to be quiet and still or enjoy some much needed human interaction. Our retreats are precious time for you, to please yourself, so you can take exactly what you need to leave feeling more sparkly and whole.
